This Refund Policy applies to paid digital educational resources and licenses purchased directly from NGSL English. Product-specific terms displayed on a sales or checkout page form part of this policy. Nothing in this policy limits rights that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer law.
Before purchasing
Please review the product description, NGSL level, included file formats, license type, technical requirements, sample materials, price, and delivery method before purchasing. Contact us before purchase if you are unsure whether a resource or license is suitable.
Change-of-mind requests
Because digital products can normally be accessed or downloaded immediately, change-of-mind refunds are not normally available after the file or download link has been delivered, unless the product page expressly offers a refund period or applicable law requires otherwise.
Problems eligible for correction or refund
Please contact us within 14 days of purchase if:
- The file is defective, corrupted, or cannot be opened using the stated technical requirements.
- The product is materially different from its published description.
- The same product was purchased twice by mistake.
- The product or download cannot be accessed because of a problem within NGSL English’s control.
- You purchased the wrong license and need to apply the payment toward the appropriate license.
Depending on the problem, we will provide a working replacement, corrected file, reasonable technical assistance, a license adjustment, or an appropriate full or partial refund. This does not limit remedies required by law.
Teacher and institutional licenses
License fees are not normally refundable after materials have been downloaded, distributed to authorized students or staff, or used in teaching. If the wrong license was purchased, contact us within 14 days. Where appropriate, the original payment may be credited toward the correct license.
How to request a refund
Submit a request through our Contact page. Include the purchaser’s name, purchase email, Stripe or PayPal transaction number or NGSL English invoice number, product name, purchase date, and a description of the problem. Do not send a password, full card number, bank-account details, or other payment credentials.
Refund processing
Approved Stripe and PayPal refunds will normally be returned through the original payment provider and original payment method. Refunds for institutional bank transfers will be sent to a verified account associated with the purchasing institution. Stripe, PayPal, banks, and the purchaser’s financial institution control the time required for funds to appear. When a purchase is refunded, the associated license ends, access may be withdrawn, and downloaded materials must no longer be used, copied, or distributed.
Future products
If NGSL English later offers subscriptions, self-study courses, live teaching, or scheduled services, the applicable cancellation and refund terms will be displayed before purchase and added to this policy as appropriate.
