Prices
Prices are displayed on each product page, sales page, checkout page, quotation, or invoice. Unless expressly stated otherwise, displayed consumer prices include any applicable Japanese consumption tax.
Additional costs
- Internet and telecommunications charges required to access the website or download a product are the customer’s responsibility.
- Currency-conversion or international-transaction charges imposed by a payment provider or financial institution are the customer’s responsibility.
- For institutional bank transfers, bank-transfer fees are paid by the purchasing institution.
- Any other mandatory charge will be displayed before purchase or stated on the applicable quotation or invoice.
Payment methods
- Credit or debit card and supported digital wallets through Stripe Checkout.
- PayPal.
- Bank transfer for approved school, department, and institutional orders issued by invoice.
Payment timing
Stripe and PayPal payments are due when the order is placed. Approved institutional invoices are due within 30 days of the invoice date unless the quotation or invoice states otherwise.
Delivery
Digital products are normally made available immediately after successful payment confirmation. Delivery may be provided by an on-screen download, secure link, or email. Institutional licenses and manually reviewed orders will be delivered after payment is confirmed, or according to the schedule stated in the quotation or invoice.
Technical requirements
File format, software, device, printing, audio, and other technical requirements will be stated on the applicable product page. Customers are responsible for confirming compatibility before purchase.
Returns, cancellations, and refunds
Digital-product and license refunds are governed by the NGSL English Refund Policy. Because digital products can normally be accessed immediately, change-of-mind refunds are not normally available after delivery unless expressly offered or required by applicable law. Defective files, duplicate purchases, access problems within our control, and products materially different from their descriptions will be handled as described in the Refund Policy.
License terms
Purchases grant a license to use the resource and do not transfer copyright ownership. Personal, teacher, department, and institutional use are governed by the product description, quotation or invoice, and our Licensing Terms.
Order period and availability
If a product, price, discount, enrollment, or offer is available only for a limited period, that period will be displayed on the applicable sales or checkout page. Products may be withdrawn or updated before purchase without notice.
